Standard delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by courier, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

This service should take between 3 to 5 working days.


Priority Delivery
We will do our best to send out your order within 1 day. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Priority delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent Royal Mail first class or by courier, and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.


Europe and Overseas Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries and other parts of Europe. Due to issues of transport miles, we don't deliver to the USA, Far East or Australia. Postage costs to Europe vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.

Delivery Costs
For all items, delivery costs vary depending on what you order, how much it weighs, and the service chosen (ie standard or priority - see below), subject to a maximum of £9.95 inland, or more for overseas deliveries.


Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
